Cost
Basic wear-and-tear will be covered by the program. One flat tire will also be covered by the program. Other repairs will be based on a fixed price list:
- 2nd Flat repair - $50 (first flat is free)
- Brake adjustment - $15
- Derailleur adjustment - $15
- Broken spoke - $50
- No charge for normal wear-and-tear on parts.
- Please contact your closest shop (see list above) first to confirm availability and then bring the bike to a participating location.
- Out of network bike shops will not have the tools necessary to do most repairs. Please see list below.
- Please contact the GoSGV team for support.
- Kind reminder to regularly check your e-bike for any issues. Your attention to routine maintenance helps us keep the fleet in optimal condition and ensures your safety. Please follow the ABC Quick Check/ Maintenance Checklist below before each ride.
