Introducing our exciting partnership program with the City of Claremont, offering residents the chance to enjoy all the benefits of E-Bike commuting with low cost membership fees!

PROGRAM DETAILS

• 🚴‍♀️ Low Cost Membership: As of February 2025,  The standard membership rate is $25 per month. Eligible residents who qualify for income-based assistance can enroll at a reduced rate upon application review and approval.
• 💰 Refundable Deposit: To get started, residents will pay a refundable deposit, ensuring responsible usage of the E-Bike. This deposit will be fully returned at the end of the membership period. *Income qualified options are available. 
• 🚚 Delivery Option: For added convenience, a delivery option is available for those who prefer to have the E-Bike brought to their doorstep. ($50)
• 📆 Flexible Usage: Keep the E-Bike at home. Receive a bike lock and charger. 
• 🏞️ Local Pick-Up Days: To make your decision easier, we'll be hosting local pick-up days. Pick up Day information is below.

HoW TO GET STARTED

1. Sign up for the Go SGV E-Bike Share Program today at the link below!
2. Go SGV Staff will reach out to provide options for pick/delivery. 
3. Google calendar invite will be sent to secure date/time. Security deposit will be taken at the time of pick up/delivery.
4. Bike returns: When you are ready to return the bike, simply email us at [email protected].

Students

If you are a student, please note the following: 

• Claremont University students must provide proof that you live on Claremont campus. 
• Students who are leaving for extended breaks (winter break/summer break) must return the bike before leaving on break to avoid theft.

Repairs
​Basic wear-and-tear will be covered by the program. One flat tire will also be covered by the program. Other repairs will be based on a fixed price list:

• 2nd Flat repair - $50 (first flat is free)
• Brake adjustment - $15
• Derailleur adjustment - $15
• Broken spoke - $50 
• No charge for normal wear-and-tear on parts.

Note:

• Please contact your closest shop (see list here) first to confirm availability and then bring the bike to a participating location. 
• Out of network bike shops will not have the tools necessary to do most repairs. Please see list above.
•  We suggest contacting local shops before you stop by) or contact the GoSGV team for support.
