All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Upload 2 proofs of residency (government ID, utility bill, etc.).
All approved participants sign an agreement before e-bike pickup.
Submit the application and upload your residency documents.
Receive confirmation from GoSGV staff.
Schedule pickup or request delivery to your door.
Enjoy your e-bike with lock and charger included.

Reduced and free memberships for qualifying residents.
For residents of Avocado Heights, San Gabriel, Alhambra, Monterey Park, South El Monte, or Rosemead. No income requirement. E-cargo bikes are $35 per month.
For residents across the SGV who qualify by income or public assistance such as Medi-Cal, WIC, CalFresh, CalWORKs, or affordable housing, or whose household meets income guidelines based on family size.
All members get a complimentary Metrolink SoCal Day Pass.

GoSGV is funded in part and co-managed by the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) with Regional Early Action Program 2021 grant funding from the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development, and made possible with funding from the Metro ExpressLanes Net Toll Revenue Program.
