Who Is Eligible?

Three simple requirements to get started.

Be 18 or older

All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Live in the San Gabriel Valley

Upload 2 proofs of residency (government ID, utility bill, etc.).

Sign the GoSGV Agreement

All approved participants sign an agreement before e-bike pickup.

Reduced-Rate Programs

Reduced and free memberships for qualifying residents.

Equity Cities Membership

$75/yr or $6.26/mo

For residents of Avocado Heights, San Gabriel, Alhambra, Monterey Park, South El Monte, or Rosemead. No income requirement. E-cargo bikes are $35 per month.

Equity Membership (Income-Based)

$6.26/mo

For residents across the SGV who qualify by income or public assistance such as Medi-Cal, WIC, CalFresh, CalWORKs, or affordable housing, or whose household meets income guidelines based on family size.

Metrolink Partnership

Free Day Pass

All members get a complimentary Metrolink SoCal Day Pass.
