How do I qualify?
The GoSGV MXL Equity E-Bike Program is for residents of the following communities and made possible with funding from the Metro ExpressLanes Net Toll revenue program.
Note: You will be asked to upload two recent proof of address documents from 2025. Both documents must include your name and address, and the information must match what you provided in your application.

E-Bike Pick up dates!
Pickup and delivery dates will be available at select San Gabriel Valley partner locations. You may also choose to pick up your e-bike at our El Monte office.

Repairs
Basic wear-and-tear will be covered by the program. One flat tire will also be covered by the program. Other repairs will be based on a fixed price list:

- 2nd Flat repair - $50 (first flat is free)
- Brake adjustment - $15
- Derailleur adjustment - $15
- Broken spoke - $50
- No charge for normal wear-and-tear on parts.
- Please contact your closest shop (see list here) first to confirm availability and then bring the bike to a participating location.
- Out of network bike shops will not have the tools necessary to do most repairs. Please see list above.
