PROGRAM DETAILS

Sponsored Membership
El Monte residents can access GoSGV e-bikes at no cost through El Monte's Clean Mobility Nexus. Enrolled members ride for free upon approval of their application.

Refundable Deposit
Residents pay a nominal ($125) security deposit to ensure responsible usage. This is fully returned at the end of your membership.

Delivery Option
Have your e-bike delivered directly to your doorstep for free or choose a free local pick-up in El Monte.

​Flexible Usage
Keep the e-bike at home for your daily needs. A bike lock and charger are included with every membership.

HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Sign up for the Go SGV E-Bike Share Program today!
2. GoSGV Staff will reach out with pickup or delivery options. 
3. A security deposit will be collected at the time of pickup/delivery.
4. When you are ready to return the bike, simply email us at [email protected] or call (626) 652-2832.

Repairs:
​Basic wear and tear will be covered by the program. One flat tire will also be covered by the program. Other repairs will be based on a fixed price list:

• 2nd Flat repair - $50 (first flat is free)
• Brake adjustment - $15
• Derailleur adjustment - $15
• Broken spoke - $50 
• No charge for normal wear and tear on parts.

Note:

• Please contact your closest shop (see the list here) first to confirm availability, then bring the bike to a participating location. 
• Out-of-network bike shops will not have the tools necessary to do most repairs. Please see the list above.
• We suggest contacting local shops before you stop by, or contact the GoSGV team for support.
