Cargo Deposit - $500  *refunded upon return of the bicycle

• Rain Cover Plus (6 available) - $25/month ​

Other Fees

• ​​Electric Cargo Van delivery/Pick Up to your doorstep - $50 (no charge if bike is picked up or dropped off)
• Theft Policy - Deposit will be used toward the cost of the bicycle and participants will be responsible for the remaining balance. If the bicycle is recovered, a refund will be issued with deduction for any damage. ​Learn more in at FAQ #17

• Lost E-Cargo bike key - $90 | Lost bike lock - $95​ | Lost Charger - $90
• No charge for normal wear-and-tear on parts.

• Repairs billed per fixed price list:
  • Flat repair (first flat no charge)  |  additional flats $50
  • Brake or derailleur adjustment - $15  |  Broken spoke - $50 ​

Who is Eligible?

To qualify for the GoSGV E-Bike Share Program, you must:
 (1) Be 18 yrs old or older
(2) Be a resident of the San Gabriel Valley  

When Completing the application, please be prepared to upload  (2) proofs of residency in the San Gabriel Valley, such as:

• Government ID
• Utility bill

All approved participants must sign a GoSGV Agreement prior to e-bike pickup.

How to get started

1. Submit the Pre-Qualification Application.
2. Upload required residency documents
3. Receive approval confirmation
4. Schedule your e-bike pickup or request delivery

Once approved, you’ll be invited to choose a convenient pickup time—or have your e-bike delivered directly to you.
